Pre Jym is an exercise supplement produced by JYM to create a more prosperous and energetic training.
Firstly, Pre Jym is a “powerful” powder for exercise which performs a number of essential duties some of which include and not limited to stimulation of muscle growth, increases energy levels, increases strength and increases endurance in order to have longer and more intense exercises. This supplement is available in powder form with Pre Jym flavors such as black cherry, refreshing melon, strawberry kiwi, cherry limeade, raspberry lemonade, natural island punch, orange mango, and rainbow sherbet.
Ingredients
Below are the lists of some pretty good ingredients in Pre Jym:
Caffeine Anhydrous – This is one of the major ingredients in Pre Jym, and also, it is one of those things you should check on the label when you grab one. It plays a crucial role in the formula. The only pressing concern is that Pre Jym contains much more than the recommended dose of 150 mg per meal. That is; Pre Jym contains 300mg per servings of Caffeine Anhydrous.
Creatine – This is another major ingredient in Pre Jym. We all know how important creatine is, but we really like to see it in pre-workouts. Pre Jym contains 2g per serving, which is considered to be the right amount.
Citrulline Malate – This is another top ingredient, and its presence in Pre Jym is highly appreciated. It can also be found in some other popular products available out there.
Beta Alanine – This is a popular choice, and it is known as a decent addition in Pre Jym formula just like other ingredients.
Black pepper extract – It might not impact your training itself, but it is an excellent inclusion to the formula. It is present in smaller amounts in most of the top supplements including Pre Jym formula.
Taste
We tried the Orange Mango flavor. Pre Jym formula has a refreshing taste of melon, which had the taste of a mixture of cantaloupe and honeydew. Ordinarily is delicious but due to the presence of BCAAs – which are naturally quite bitter – Pre JYM is quite sour. The sour taste of Pre Jym formula is considered to be pleasant just like most BCAAs. However, it is essential to take note that the servings are vast and there is a need to mix it with a minimum of two cups of water.
Results
After taking Pre Jym formula for the first time, you should be able to experience some difference this is due to the presence of stimulants in the supplement. There are several reviews about Pre Jym on the internet; some users testify that they see results during the first week of using the formula while others say they see results after eight weeks.
There are a number of factors that determine how fast you see the results some of which include and not limited to your duration of the workout, diet plan, and the way your body respond to the formula.
